I’m very excited to share that Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ is back! 🤩
The group took into consideration the World Health Organization (WHO) and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendation for social distancing, and has taken several measures to respond to the escalation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Among the new procedures they’ve instituted the following actions during visits to the theater:
- Temperature check guests before entering the theater. 🌡️
- The theater capacity has been adjusted to comply with the social distancing requirement.
- The use of props at the photography stand have been removed.
- All guests are required to use the disinfection mat before entering the theater.
- To avoid cash transactions, payment with bank cards is recommended. 👍
- For compliance of the suggested prevention measures, signage around the main points of the theater have been placed.
- After each show, all areas and equipment are cleaned, disinfected and nebulized.
- Automatic antibacterial gel dispensers were placed at different points in the theater. (Keep it clean, people! 🧼)
- Guests transportation capacity has been adjusted to comply with the social distancing requirement.
- The use of acrylic screens is implemented in the boutique and in the areas of the photography stand.
- In case of presenting any symptoms related to COVID-19, access will be denied. You may request the change of date or full cancellation of the tickets.
